We have the status of a joint stock company in the Czech Republic, and are a part of the Dutch transnational holding Simac Techniek N.V. We have been operating on the Czech market since 1994, and have branches in Prague and Brno.

Systems of management - certification
The company Simac Technik ČR, a.s. has introduced an integrated management system based on a procedural approach following the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27000. We co-operate with the certification organisation LL-C (Certification) Czech Republic, s.r.o.
ISO 9001
Quality management system
Processes within the Simac company are managed by a quality management system in accordance with norm ISO 9001:2008. We base our periodic services on the standard ISO/IEC 20000 (Information Technologies – Management of Services). Download certificate
ISO 14001
Environmental management system
Within the framework of the environmental management system introduced in accordance with norm ISO 14001:2004 we focus on ecological waste management and other environmental aspects of our activities. We are a member of the collective system REMA, meeting thus our obligation to ensure separated waste collection, return collection, processing, utilisation and removal of electronic equipment or electronic waste within the scope required by the Wastes Act and relevant accompanying regulations. Information Security Management System
Our Information Security Management System is certified in accordance with norm ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Through information security we aim to maintain a continuous operation of business, minimise damage risks, implement preventive measures against security incidents and to reduce the potential impact of these incidents. Confidential information protection
Certification of commercial subject for level CLASSIFIED (NBÚ)
We hold the appropriate certification for a commercial subject, which allows us to operate with sensitive information, namely those labelled as CLASSIFIED. The certification is issued by the National Security Authority (Národní bezpečnostní úřad, NBÚ) of the Czech Republic and based on Act no. 412/2005 Coll., on the protection of confidential information and security eligibility.
